New Trail sections at Big Creek

Thanks to all who came out and worked at Big Creek on Sunday. The new sections, upper Level Up and Norm’s Trail (upper Dude Sweet), are looking awesome. Please note these trails are still closed to non-Newts members. For Newts members we do need some tires on these trails to help pack them but please allow a couple days of no rain before riding the new sections…and DON’T SKID!

We also opened the new reroute at the very bottom of Dude Sweet so pay attention the next time you come down. The old route has a log with pink tape across it so it should be obvious.

If you missed this work day, stay tuned for the February one.

As always please don’t ride trail immediately after a heavy rain. Give them a day or two to dryout, expecially on the new sections.
